"Commission analyses Dutch National Reform Programme for Growth and Jobs

As part of its first Annual Progress Report on the new partnership with
Member States for Growth and Jobs, the European Commission has published
an analysis of the National Reform Programme drawn up by the Dutch
authorities. The Commission’s overall view of the programme is that it
identifies and responds to the main challenges facing the Netherlands and
is clear and coherent. In several areas it shows ambition and originality.
A more developed policy for research and development and further measures
to strengthen competition would be appropriate."
