Steun voor D66 motie gevraagd ivm Irak oorlog

Ik zie niet hoe je de huidige situatie _anders_  zou kunnen duiden dan als
een bezetting. De aanwezigheid van de Amerikaanse en Britse troepen is het
gevolg van unilateraal, niet volkenrechtelijk gesanctioneerd militair
optreden. Dat is per definitie een bezetting. Vervolgens zijn wij daar
gekomen op basis van UNSC resolutie 1511 (en dus _wel_ volkenrechtelijk
gesanctioneerd). Maar dat doet aan het karakter van de oorspronkelijke
Amerikaans?Britse aanwezigheid niets af.

14. Urges Member States to contribute assistance under this United Nations

mandate, including military forces, to the multinational force referred to
in

paragraph 13 above;"
