Ritmeslaven,

Niet alle voor alle vormen van slavernij hoeft men excuses aan te
bieden. De BPM van 'Slave to the Rythm' is 120, het standaard
metronoomtempo. Luister goed naar de intro in dit disconummer over de
demonische en manische lading van ritme.

Waarom staat dit nummer nooit in de Nederlandse Top 2000? Dat is mij
echt een raadsel voor zo'n uitermate sterk nummer. In de muziekindustrie
lopen ook heel wat politiek-correcten rond. Voor mij mag dit nummer op 1
belanden in plaats van het aartsconservatisme van de eeuwige Bohemian
Rapsody.
