En ... verstreek op 23 juli 2002, Tjerk.

Wat ging er daarna mis?

Waarom werden de burgers er niet in betrokken?
Kreeg de democratie zelf geen enkele kans?

Waarom zou onderlinge - desnoods innige - samenwerking niet veel beter
werken dan opgesloten worden in een onzalig idee van een enkele politicus?
