Nou ja, ik hoor, "de tegenstanders dit argument nogal eens

ook weer zo'n diskwalificatie. Afijn, weer een verloren

Zit er dan toch zeep op die (zeep)kist? ;)

EUROPEAN CITIZENS' INITIATIVE

The inclusion of the European Citizen's Initiative in the EU
Constitution is a big success. But the wording of Article
47(4) is quite open to interpretation. Experience in EU
member states has shown that citizens' initiatives, if they
are to be workable, need to be citizen-friendly.
It is time to act. Sign our ten fundamentals and raise your
voice for a fair regulation.
