Volgens mij heeft de Commissie nog steeds alle kaarten in handen.

Je kunt een hekel hebben aan procedures, maar ze bepalen wel gewoon het
eindresultaat. Punt uit volgens mij.

Wie een richtlijn wil moet slikken wat de Commissie voorstelt. Anders
geen richtlijn. Niks geen democratie.
