Netherlands Based CargoMate Acquired By Four Soft Limited of India

Four Soft Limited, a provider of transportation, logistics and
supply-chain management software, acquired CargoMate, a Netherlands
based transportation and freight forwarding software company.

The transaction value will be approximately US$ 1.90M. CargoMate was
founded 14 years ago and has sales of US$ 1.80M. According to Four Soft,
this acquisition allows entry into the small and medium logistics and
supply-chain management service providers market in Europe and globally.
