EurSafe 2004: Wetenschap, Ethiek en Maatschappij

Het 5de Congres van de European Society for Agricultural and
Food Ethics wordt dit jaar van 2 tot 4 september door CABME
in Leuven georganiseerd.

Onder de sprekers zijn Bernard Rollin, Eric Tollens, Gary
Comstock, Jules Pretty, Marian Dawkins en Sigrid Sterckx.
Registratie kan via de website. Het volledige programma is
beschikbaar online, maar nieuwe informatie zal geregeld
toegevoegd worden.

The Centre for Agricultural Bio- and Environmental Ethics
(CABME) at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven are delighted
to invite you to the EurSafe 2004 meeting, the 5th congress
of the European Society for Agricultural and Food Ethics.
EurSafe 2004 will be organised in Leuven by CABME from 2-4
September 2004.

90 papers from Europe and beyond have been selected to make
a programme which we hope will stimulate debate, thought and
further work. The programme includes genetically modified
plants, animal welfare, sustainable agriculture, marketing
of foods, aquaculture and many more.

Speakers include: Bernard Rollin, Eric Tollens, Gary
Comstock, Jules Pretty, Marian Dawkins, and Sigrid Sterckx.

Registration is possible through the conference website.
The conference schedule is now available online, but new
information will be added to the site, so be sure to check
back regularly.
