Germany/EU: Enfopol protests

dear all,

what happened when we published the latest ENFOPOL surveillance
paper a few days ago was that an independet intiative formed in
Germany called "Stoppt ENFOPOL". The Mail-input of their
complaint service was enormous 2 the EU-Ombudsman office.

They said they could do nothing because the ENFOPOL surveillance
plans were a *political decision* by EU-council & not misbehaviour
;)))

Our juridical brains are investigating right now, whether the EU
Ombudsman coul be held responsible 4 doing nothing
