Analyzing a World in Chaos from an Island of Tranquility, a reply to
David North

					Europe!

The Northites preferably choose their platforms and venues that has
relevance in Trotskyist history. Currently WSWS has a speech of its
chairman David North (David Green) online, who thinks that a Trotsky
worship cult they maintain has any relevance today to analyze the
objective conditions in our world to prevent nuclear conflagration and
can mobilize the working class under the flag of the Fourth International.
The speech was given on the island Prinkipo, well known under Trotskyist
connoisseurs. Trotsky stayed there before the outbreak of World War 2,
and following Trotsky's pathways, which i followed also to a certain
extend, signals some ending of the current interbellum.
Years ago I was sympathetic to Trotskyism, analyzing the objective
conditions of the working class, but I diverted some time ago. Too
orthodox Marxism, after reading and digesting much of continental
philosophy. Civilisation has a problem, too much industrialism and it
was Trotsky's weak point "who could see miles and miles ahead in time" ,
besides his too optimistic antropological image of mankind, that was his
Achilles' heel. As Deutscher mentioned, The Fourth International was a
still-born child of Trotsky. It never took on with the masses under the
working class.

Has the time come for a return to Trotskyism, a new spotless banner and
leadership? The anarchist in the audience, Zileli, was disheartened by
North's "eyes and gaze as cold as the Arctic Ocean.” and that Trotskyism
was more about idolatry, than the foundation of a world socialist
revolution 'to come'.

I briefly approached and echo'ed the Northites years go, but never met
them in person.

The problem Trotskyists have is that they are not able to reach the
masses due to the mainstream agenda of the MSM and the persecution by
the state. If the Northites can not reach the masses on the island
Prinkipo, where should they be going to reach them? Brandenburger Tor,
Berlin?

It is a mistake to dwell in Trotskyiana to be an effective
revolutionary, especially under the current dire straits in Europe.

That brings me to my question if the ICFI needs new leadership that does
away with the cult articles that does not attract the working class
anymore. Has the time come that chairman North resigns from his mission
and post?

Can the pragmatism Europe party D66 play a role in leading the masses to
Victory in a Marxist-Hegelian switch of leadership and perspective? No,
that is of course very unlikely.

Therefore Derrida's NEW INTERNATIONAL has to be be placed on the
forefront of the agenda of the working class. David North has buried the
Fourth International forever, just as it needed at its most in these
precarious and dangerous times.

I call for all relevant parties, including the labor unions, who
subscribe to the idea of a revolutionary European party to immediately
brainstorm with me about a new gathering of like-wised minds who had
enough of the status quo due to Brussel's bureaucracy and nationalist
navel-gazing.

The European proletariat is ready and must be awakened at once and
prepare for mass mobilisation, intellectually and physically. If
necessary with brute force of military commanders sympathetic to
Trotskyist emergency measures and mass mobilisation.

The Time has come for Europe to Unite under the new flag and build new
hope for survival and life worthy of mankind.
