LS,

  This morning, at 8:00 AM, we dicovered that at 06:50 AM a UU network
  problem had occured, from which some of our networks didn't recover.

  The problem was called in. At 10:00 AM we (again) demanded action,
  because the situation persisted. At last we got some response from CAP.
  After we pointed out the probable cause of the problem, CAP manually
  reset some device, and around 11:00 things worked again.

  It appears that CAP doesn't properly monitor some network components
  that are critically important for (some of) our networks.

  This will be investigated further.
