Foto: Archief/JPF</div></div>In gevolge de APV van de gemeente Venlo dient een demonstratie tenminste 48 uur van te voren te worden aangegeven bij de burgemeester, zodat deze tijdig maatregelen kan nemen en zo nodig voorwaarden aan de organisatoren kan opleggen. Aangezien er niet was voldaan aan de in de APV vastgestelde verplichting, wilden politie-ambtenaren de identiteit van de deelnemers vaststellen. Drie van de deelnemers weigerden hun naam op te geven en zich te legitimeren, waarop ze zijn aangehouden. Na het vaststellen van hun identiteit op het politiebureau zijn de drie mensen heengezonden. Aan de demonstratie die om 13.00 uur begon, namen zo'n twintig mensen deel.</td>
</tr></tbody></table><br><div>M.i. valt beslist niet uit te sluiten dat kapitaalhater Oto de komende dagen niets van zich zal kunnen laten horen aangezien er hier een 3 tal deelnemers zijn aangehouden. ;)</div><div><br></div>
