The term "Coalition of the Willing" was famously used by U.S. President 
George W. Bush during the lead-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. It 
referred to the group of countries that supported and participated in 
the military action against Iraq, which was led by the United States and 
included nations such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, and others.
