Judge Giorgianni: prompt complaint to the Hague against vaccination pass

Letter of formal notice for the Minister of Health Speranza and for the
Prime Minister Mario Draghi to stop the DL on vaccination passports.

The letter of formal notice to Speranza and Draghi comes from the
L'Eretico Association chaired by Dr. Angelo Giorgianni, President of the
aforementioned association and Secretary General of the World Life
Organization.

The letter was also signed by 24 doctors together with the Union of
Users and Operators for Integrated Medicine (SUOMI).
The object of the warning is the intimation to Draghi and Speranza to
stop the project for the decree law that will introduce vaccination
passports.

The vaccine passport, according to the DL, would be needed by Italians
to move between different regions and should certify the possession of
at least one of the following requirements: having been vaccinated,
having had Covid for less than six months (and being cured) or having
done a swab of negative results within the preceding 48 hours.

For these reasons, the Magistrate Giorgianni is moving to stop the
intentions of Speranza and Draghi saying he intends to reach the
International Criminal Court in The Hague if the Decree Law on the
vaccination pass is not stopped.

Dr. Giorgianni had already expressed himself on the matter by stating
that “the political and public discourse on vaccines is marked by a
violent stigmatization of those who refuse the injection. All this
suggests a future scenario of possible persecution or exclusion from
public life of the unvaccinated. History teaches that passports or
identity cards that discriminate the "good" from the "bad" and the
public ostracism of the "bad" can lead to enormous atrocities ".

Judge Giorgianni is therefore fighting for the protection of human
rights as well as respect for the Constitutional Charter which provides,
among other things, for the freedom of movement that would be compressed
with the introduction of a vaccination passport.

In fact, it should be noted that OMV is an association that deals with
the defense of human life and all the rights that pertain to the
protection and dignity of the same; rights that have been limited and
compressed during this period.
