Aktion „Lebenslaute“ fordert Abschaltung des Verfassungsschutzes

Mit einem großen Abschlusskonzert hat das Musik-Aktionsnetzwerk
„Lebenslaute“ am Dienstagmorgen vor begeisterten Zuhörern und
Zuhörerinnen seinen Protest gegen das Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz in
Köln beendet. Bereits am Montag hatten Musiker und Sänger der Gruppe
alle Zufahrten und Zugänge blockiert. Die WSWS berichtete darüber.
Das Abschlusskonzert

Die Musiker und Musikerinnen nebst Chor spielten in einem fast
zweistündigen Konzert sinfonische Werke, ein türkisches Klagelied sowie
eigene Bearbeitungen des James-Bond-Themas und des Geier-Lieds aus dem
„Dschungelbuch“ („That what friends are for“).

Ludwig van Beethovens Coriolan-Ouvertüre, Auszüge aus der Oper “Orphée
und Euridice“ von Christoph Willibald Gluck wechselten sich mit Chören
ab. Zum Schluss tanzten viele der Anwesenden zu Dmitri Schostakowitschs
Walzer Nr. 2.

Der Dirigent Ulrich Klan kündigte den Walzer mit den Worten an: „Von
Schostakowitsch haben wir gelernt, wie man unter allgegenwärtiger
Bespitzelung und Überwachung wunderschöne Musik machen kann.“

Lebenslaute führt seit über 30 Jahren Sommeraktionen gegen
„Unrechtsorte“ durch. Die diesjährige Sommeraktion richtete sich gegen
den Verfassungsschutz. Sie stand unter dem Motto: „Mit Suite und Kantate
gegen den Staat im Staate – Geheimdienste abschalten!“
Aktion „Lebenslaute“ fordert Abschaltung des Verfassungsschutzes

Die Initiative „Keupstraße ist überall“, die gemeinsam mit Lebenslaute
den Protest organisierte, zeichnete in einer
„Aktenschredder-Performance“ das Vorgehen des Referatsleiters mit
Tarnnamen „Lothar Lingen“ im Kölner Bundesamt nach, der nach der
Entdeckung des Nationalsozialistischen Untergrunds Akten schreddern
ließ, die die Verstrickung des Verfassungsschutzes mit der Thüringer
Neonaziszene belegt hätten. Sie zitierten „Lingens“ geheime Aussage vor
der Bundesanwaltschaft aus dem Jahr 2014, in der er zugab, er habe die
Akten vorsätzlich schreddern lassen.

Ayse Gül von der Initiative beklagte in ihrer Rede, dass auch der
NSU-Prozess viele Fragen der Opfer und ihrer Familien zur Rolle der
Geheimdienste unbeantwortet gelassen habe. Der Quellenschutz von über 40
meist vorbestraften V-Leuten im Umfeld des NSU stehe über der Aufklärung
seiner mindestens zehn Morde.

Reporter der WSWS und Mitglieder der Sozialistischen Gleichheitspartei
(SGP) sprachen mit vielen Musikern, Sängern und Zuhörern. Sie erhielten
viel Unterstützung für die Erklärung „Verteidigt die Sozialistische
Gleichheitspartei gegen den Angriff des Verfassungsschutzes“, die sie
verteilten. Sie protestiert dagegen, dass die SGP vom Verfassungsschutz
beobachtet wird.

Wolfgang Rothe ist Dozent an einer Privatschule in Köln. Er kam zum
Konzert, weil es ein wichtiges Thema sei, „wie das Bundesamt für
Verfassungsschutz sich mit Nazis gemein macht“. Er erinnerte daran, dass
das Verbotsverfahren gegen die NPD vor 15 Jahren vom
Bundesverfassungsgericht eingestellt worden war, „weil das alles voller
V-Männer war“.

Der NSU-Prozess sei auch unglaubwürdig. Rothe kann nicht glauben, dass
das Trio aus Mundlos, Böhnhardt und Zschäpe die Morde ohne Unterstützung
vor Ort – von Nazis mit Ortskenntnissen – durchgeführt haben.

Rothe sprach sich insbesondere gegen den Aufbau eines Polizeistaates
aus. „Ich bin gegen die Verquickung von Polizei und Geheimdienst. Das
hat es schon einmal gegeben und nannte sich Gestapo.“ Die neuen
Polizeiaufgabengesetze ermöglichten „Einschüchterung und beinahe
unbegrenzte Vorbeugehaft“ nur aufgrund eines „abstrakten
Gefährdungsverdachts“. „Das ist extra schwammig gehalten, damit man
alles darunter fassen kann.“

Als Rothe erfuhr, dass der Verfassungsschutzbericht zur Begründung der
Beobachtung der SGP auch explizit deren Kapitalismuskritik nennt, sagte
er: „Das ist sehr bedenklich, die Regierung will Kapitalismuskritik zu
etwas Verfassungsfeindlichem machen und die Verteidigung des
Kapitalismus zur Staatsräson erheben.“

Susanne, junge Lebenslaute-Musikerin, reagierte überrascht auf die
Auffassung des Verfassungsschutzes, das Kapitalismuskritik linksextrem
sei: „Krass, dass der Verfassungsschutz Kapitalismus mit Demokratie
gleichsetzt.“

Albert Müller, Student und einer der Sprecher von Lebenslaute, erklärte,
die Definition des Linksextremismus durch den Verfassungsschutz male ein
Bild eines „sehr hörigen Staatsbürgers, der sich an die Regeln zu halten
hat, nichts in Frage zu stellen hat“. Das sei das Gegenteil eines
freiheitlichen Staates.

„Alles soll so bleiben, wie es ist“, sagte er. „Die Frage der
Ungleichheit, der großen ungleichen Verteilung und der Ungerechtigkeit
bleibt unangetastet, und selbst Kritik daran zu äußern oder auch nur
Diskussionen dazu anzustoßen, soll unmöglich sein. Das ist eine krasse
Kriminalisierung von jeglichem Widerspruch.“

Zur Nennung der SGP im Verfassungsschutzbericht sagte er: „Im Prinzip
sind es auch solche Dinge, die uns dazu gebracht haben, diese Aktion
hier aufzuführen. Hier wird von staatlicher Seite entschieden, wer
kriminalisiert wird und wer nicht.“ Indem die Geheimdienste und
insbesondere der Verfassungsschutz definierten, wer politisch „gut und
akzeptabel“ und wer abzulehnen sei, greife er „aktiv in den politischen
Prozess ein“.
Hedi

Hedi (Hedwig Sauer-Gühr) ist schon seit Jahren dabei, durch Konzerte
„Unrechtsorte“ öffentlich zu machen: „Es war höchste Zeit, dass wir hier
sind und den Verfassungsschutz als Unrechtsort benannt haben.“ Sie
erinnerte an die braune Geschichte der Behörde, die 1956 sehr schnell
die Argumente für das Verbot der KPD lieferte und die durch den
Radikalen-Erlass in den 1970er Jahren jungen, linksorientierten Menschen
die berufliche Existenz zerstörte. Sie habe viele davon betroffene
Freundinnen.

„Der Verfassungsschutz ist aber auch ein Unrechtsort, weil er Menschen
ausspioniert und einschüchtern möchte. Und immer geht es nur gegen
links, nicht gegen rechts, dort, wo es wirklich gewaltvoll ist. Der
Verfassungsschutz steuert die Strukturen, indem alles, was links ist,
diskriminiert wird, und im Gegensatz dazu, die rechte Szene
einschließlich der AfD freien Lauf erhält.“
Ulrich Klan

Der Dirigent Ulrich Klan ist ein international aktiver Musiker und
Komponist. Er initiierte und leitete internationale Musik-,
Erinnerungs-, Verständigungs- und andere Projekte (darunter ein
europäisch-australisches und ein deutsch-türkisch-aserbaidschanisches).
Sein musikalisches Repertoire reicht von Klassik bis zu Neuer Musik des
20. und 21. Jahrhunderts. Für sein musikalisches und politisches
Engagement haben er und seine Partner zahlreiche Preise erhalten.

Klan war schon 1986 bei Gründung der Gruppe dabei. „Ich freue mich daher
besonders, dass diese tolle Bewegung nicht nur immer noch existiert,
sondern dass sie voller neuer junger Musikerinnen und Musiker ist. Das
ist eine Bewegung, die sich verjüngt.“

Klan berichtete uns, dass sich die Mitglieder der Lebenslaute in diesem
Januar zunächst lange schwer getan hatten, die Frage des
Verfassungsschutzes in ihrer jährlichen Sommeraktion aufzunehmen. Das
Thema erschien damals wenig populär. „Wir sehen aber jetzt, im August
2018, dass wir hier etwas losgetreten haben, dass wir ein komplexes
Thema aufgemacht haben.“ Der Verfassungsschutz habe mit dem Schreddern
von Akten „nicht nur Aufklärung behindert, sondern Verbrechen vertuscht
und womöglich selbst begangen“.

Für ihn sei der Verfassungsschutz „eine kriminelle Vereinigung“. „Er
schützt unsere Verfassung nicht, er bedroht sie massiv. Es ist besonders
zu kritisieren, dass er nach all den Skandalen immer mehr Befugnisse,
immer mehr Geld erhält, dass er im Verfassungsschutzbericht immer mehr
Gruppen erfasst und als angebliche Linksextreme tituliert. Das heißt, er
ist übergriffig. Es steht ihm überhaupt nicht zu, zu bestimmen, was
extrem ist und was nicht. Extrem ist seine Behörde.“

Auf den Hinweis, dass die SGP im neuen Verfassungsschutzbericht als
linksextremistisch benannt werde, antwortete Klan spontan, dies sei ein
Grund mehr, zusammenzuarbeiten. „Besonders skandalös ist das, weil er
auf der anderen Seite beim faschistischen und nationalsozialistischen
Terror des NSU und seiner mehreren hundert Anhängern, die nicht im
Prozess verfolgt worden sind, merkwürdig schweigsam ist.“

Der Verfassungsschutz sei von Geburt an antikommunistisch und gegen
links gewesen. „Er wurde nach dem Krieg von echten Alt-Nazis aufgebaut
und auch heute sind Rechtsextreme tonangebend. Der neueste Skandal ist,
dass jetzt herausgekommen ist, dass der Chef des
Bundesverfassungsschutzes Hans-Georg Maaßen engen Kontakt zu
Rechtsextremen pflegt. Es kann daher nicht anders sein: Der
Verfassungsschutz muss abgeschaltet werden.“
