Als ik het goed lees staat op pagina 17 van het rapport tabel 1.
Links de jaarlijkse invoeringskosten (die de consument gaat betalen - NL
€212M) en rechts de jaarlijkse opbrengst van de CO2-rechten (die de
consument nog een keer gaat betalen, immers anders zijn er geen
opbrengsten - NL €1906M)
Welke kant is jouw boterham gesmeerd?
Ik heb er geen boter op ;) Maar ja, ik gebruik al zo lang geen boter
meer, maakt je maar dik.
