Of betalen de Amerikaanse generaals alleen voor de services van een
bedrijf waar Declan Ganley (Libertas oprichter) een belang van minstens
43% in heeft?
Dit bedrijf verricht de services via een juridische route die het mogelijk
maakt te werken zonder aanbestedingen. Eenzelfde truc als Cheney
gebruikte!

Declan laat ook onduidelijkheid bestaan over zijn nationaliteit. Hij
claimt in verschillende documenten de Engelse en in andere weer de Ierse
nationaliteit.

Libertas en Rivada Networks(bedrijf geleid door groep Amerikaanse
generaals) hadden tot voor kort hetzelfde telefoonnummer. Bel je Libertas
krijg je een Amerikaanse generaal aan de lijn. Hoe Libertas gefinacierd
wordt is een groot raadsel.
Dat er enorm veel geld is, is duidelijk.
De journalistiek laat hier een enorme steek vallen.

DECLAN GANLEY'S US business, Rivada Networks, is involved in contracts
with the US military and other public bodies that could be worth up to
$240 million, a company spokesman has said to The Irish Times.

Rivada Networks has a 49 per cent interest in Rivada Pacific, and the rest
of the shareholding is held by an Alaskan company, Nana Pacific, according
to the Nana Pacific website (www.nanapacific.com).

A US Air Force 2008 global war on terror budget amendment document,
available on the web (at /www.saffm.hq.af.mil), states that Rivada Pacific
"currently manages all Department of Defence and Federal Emergency
Management Agency (Fema) deployable cell stations".

Rivada does not disclose financial or shareholder information. A recent
filing by an Irish subsidiary, Rivada Networks Ltd, stated that Mr Ganley
had a 43 per cent shareholding in the ultimate parent, Delaware-based
Rivada Networks International.
A former fellow director of the Irish subsidiary, James O'Reilly, has a 4
per cent share. Who owns the rest of Rivada Networks International is not
known.

British Company Registration Office records for the United Kingdom
registered company in Ganley International Ltd show Mr Ganley's
nationality as British almost continuously since the company's foundation
in the late 1990s. He claims Irish nationality in the Company registration
lodged in February 2008. The company records in question are matter of
public record.

Mr Ganley's vigorous denials of this fact again bring his criticism of
others on the issue of transparency into question.
