"Twee staten. één natie". Dat vat het goed samen. Vanaf het begin van
Balkanoorlog is de "Groot-Albanaese gedachte" de drijvende kracht
geweest achter de onafhankelijkheidsoorlog in Kosovo. De Serviërs
moesten weg. Albanië (moederland, arm, geteisterd door het Stalinisme
van Enver Hoxha) had weinig aspiraties, maar de : "Groot Albanezen" in
Kosovo wensten één groot-nationale Albanese staat. een ideaal dat al
bestond sinds de Liga van Prizren in 1878.
Dus de NRC schrijft over een mogelijke éénheidstaat Albanië. nee, die
komt er niet. Althans niet snel. Maar het (facistoïde) ideaal van één
groot Albanië, ethnisch gezien, heeft w1el gewonnen. De Albanezen in
Macedonié hebben zich hier ook bij aangesloten, en de etbische band
loopt nu vanaf Albanié, via Kosovo naar Macedonië (vroeger Thracië).
De Serven, die sinfs de slag van Merelveld huin ziel en zaligheid in
kosovo hebben gelegd, en door de Turken )Ottomanen) eeuwen zijn
uitgebuit en vernederd, voelen zicjh opnieuw in de modder geworpen.
Niemand in de EU en in de VS zal dit gevoel van vernedering begrijpen,
als ze niet eerst zelf op onderzoek zijn uitgegaan in Servië zelf.
Serviërs zullen dit nooit en te nimmer accepteren, en daarmee is een
nieuwe Balkanoorlog vorige week gestart, nu nog onderhuids en later
manifest -mark my words- onder de bezielende protectie van blinde
Amerikanen en Europeanen.
Maar tja, als het bloed weer gaat vloeien zullen de Amerikanen en
Europeanen hun handen in onschuld wassen. Ze begrijpen er werkelijk geen
jota van. Want wat hebben ze een goede bedoelingen.
