Zoals ik al zo vaak hier heb voorgsteld: maak het mogelijk om
beeld/geluid (+ plaats en tijd) te archiveren van je moblieltje als er
iets fouts is. Het kan gewoon.

Wel goed regelen: het archief onder beheer brengen van een
onafhankelijke rechterlijke instantie, met stricte regels, om
data-mining door politie en andere instanties te voorkomen. Zo kun je
privacy met effectiviteit combineren. Die databank kan dan ook voor meer
categorieen privacygevoelige data gaan functioneren.
