 Neen: 'liber' komt 'Libra'. Ja, zo lust ik er nog wel 1.

 In Webster staat:
    Deliberation = The act of deliberating, or of weighing and examining
    the reasons for and against a choice or measure; careful consideration;
    mature reflection.
 en,
    Careful discussion and examination of the reasons for and against a
    measure; as, the deliberations of a legislative body or council.
 hier ziet men de weegschaal weer in terug - en dat is belsist geen toeval.

 Om de een of andere reden wil je niet inzien dat men de zaak moet *om-
 draaien* (zou iets soortgelijks soms gelden voor het socialisme ?).   :-)
