I did take a cursory glance at this lenghty article. Tooooo long to read
carefully on-line. This much is clear, he/she does not really like what
Michael Moore does or stands for.
The article should be a "must" project for a Junior College 101 Critical
Thinking class. It is full of innuendo's, falacies, generalizations and
other tricks, and sadly little substance. It is not really important or
Osama's Bin Laden's family left on the 12 or the 18th, what is important is
that they were given a free pass to an Arabic country, and the significance
thereof. What does it proof that Moore flies first class. You don't have to
live in poverty, to side with the poor etc..
to be sure Moore uses the medium, but in that he is not alone. His ironie
sometimes biting sarcasm is populistic and out for the quick laugh, still
his points are often well taken.
