Wie heeft er suggesties voor middelen die erop gericht zijn om de
burger zoveel mogelijk zelfsturend te laten zijn in zijn eigen
wijk/school/werk, en ook: waar ligt de grens van het "zoveel mogelijk".

Hierbij mijn twee centen ;)

(Afschrift van een brief aan Alex en Max, met als bijlage enige suggesties als boven gevraagd, te weten een Concept Haags Wereld Vredes Verdrag, wat ook te lezen is als een samenvatting van het D66 verkiezingsprogramma op 1 A4. Voornoemd concept verdrag is, en inclusief een geschenk conform goed 
diplomatiek gebruik, aangeboden aan de inwoners van het heilige land, als 
vertegenwoordigd door de President van de Palestijnse Autoriteit en de Minister President van de Staat Israel, is aangeboden aan de President van de Verenigde 
Staten van Amerika - die net iets te vaak net te uitdrukkelijk publiekelijk 
verklaarde "God Bless America", doch aan het eind van zijn eerste State of the 
Union dat beperkte tot "God Bless" in plaats van het uit te breiden tot "God 
Bless the World" - Dubya wil namelijk GEEN wereldleider zijn - en de moed heeft 
of had zich te verzetten tegen de oprichting van een Internationaal Strafhof in 
de Internationale Stad van Recht en Vrede - en alle landen die het daartoe 
onderliggende verdrag dreigde met vergelding indien zij het verdrag WEL zouden 
ratificeren, echt nogal moedig van deze Texaan om ondergetekende die op een 
halve kilometer van het Vredespaleis woont te bedreigen met een bommemtapijt - 
ik voelde me een klein beetje uitgedaagd daar wijselijk op te reageren, is 

aangeboden aan de Keizer van Japan (die daarna de donorconferentie voor 

Afghanistan organiseerde), is aangeboden aan enkele D66 leden, waaronder de in 
Tweede Kamer van de Staten Generaal door het volk gekozen leden en dus ook aan 
de Prins van Oranje en de Schone Koningin Maxima Zorreguieta van Argentinië 
inclusief een reisgids (welke denk je).)

salary or other renumeration for the King (Queen). Imagine the membership 

association or society not hiring servants at a charge to the membership 

association or society.
Imagine a person, respecting all, who is respected by all. Imagine him or her 

to be King (Queen). Imagine every seven years all free citizens casting their 

votes in favor, not in favor or indifference an all candidates for King 

(Queen). Imagine that for each and all candidates the number of votes not in 

favor for a candidate to be subtracted from the number of votes in favor of 

such a candidate. Imagine the candidate with the highest resulting total to be 

the most respected candidate for King (Queen).
Imagine the membership association or society to grant the King the single 

authority to appoint and dismiss ministers in order to govern the affairs of 

the state.  
Imagine all members of the membership association or society to be subjected to 

the law as set forth by the appropriate institutions of the state. Imagine the 

King (Queen) to respect international borders. Imagine the King (Queen) to be 

bound in international affairs by international law. Imagine as, when and if an 

International Criminal Court to be established and instituted, the King (Queen) 

to be subjected to rulings of such a court.
Imagine Peace. Imagine Justice.
